This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for AIFortess Infosec FZCO ("AIFortess") products and services. We aim to be fair and straightforward.

1. Our Approach
AIFortess is an early-stage company. We work directly with each user during onboarding. This means:
- Pricing is discussed before you pay anything
- Terms are clear before you commit
- If there's a problem, you can reach the founder directly
We would rather work with you to solve a problem than have rigid policies that don't fit real situations.
2. AIFortess Assessor
2.1 Before You Pay
During early access, we discuss pricing and terms during the onboarding process. You will know exactly what you are paying for before any payment is processed.
2.2 Cancellation
- You can cancel your access at any time
- Contact us to initiate cancellation
- You will retain access until the end of your paid period
- You can export your data before cancellation
2.3 Refunds
- Within 14 days of first payment: Full refund available, no questions asked
- After 14 days: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
- Technical issues: If our product doesn't work as described, we'll make it right
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss cancellation:

- Include your account email and reason for the request
- We will respond within 2 business days
3.1 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add additional days
4. Data After Cancellation
- 30 days: Your data remains available for export
- After 30 days: Data is archived
- After 90 days: Data is deleted
Export your data before cancellation if you need it.
5. Reactivation
If you cancel and later want to return:
- Contact us to discuss reactivation
- Data can be recovered if within the retention period
- Pricing will be based on current terms
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Technical Problems
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the product:
- Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer a refund or credit
6.2 Billing Errors
If you notice a billing error:
- Contact us as soon as you notice
- We will investigate and correct any errors
- Erroneous charges will be refunded promptly

- Services that have already been delivered
- Custom work completed at your request
- Time spent in consultation or onboarding
